I belive I might have finally got my sockapalooza pal sock's figured out. I hope my pal likes berries. I have three (3) pairs currently started on dpn's. But, either I wasn't quite sure of the patterns or the way the yarn was looking in combination with the patterns ugh! So I decided the Debbie Bliss baby cashmerino and the Blueberry Waffle Sock pattern is the one. Just the yummy feeling of the yarn alone is been a treat . I hope my sockapalooza pal will like them as well. I didn't realize I would enjoy knitting socks. I was quite intimidated initally when I saw a few blogs with some of the most beautiful socks posted. I know there is probably a slim to none chance of me ever knitting some of the more advanced patterned socks, knitted up with 8 different colors . But, I can say this has been awesome. Knowing there are a quite a few new knitters like me out there and then there are quite a few experienced knitters who are so helpful willing to share advice, links and even patterns. I just hope my heel and gussets are easy on me! Now maybe I can catch up on some laundry, have the garage sale I need to have, stop ignoring my poor family because I am so afraid to put down my needles fearing I will loose count and have to tear out rows and rows of stitches because I lost my place. So I am feeling a tiny bit more confident I just hopes it lasts a bit longer till the socks are finished...
