I finished the baby sweater I was making and I just love it. It is cuddly soft and I added some simple accents. I crocheted and added some x's. I can't wait to send it out. Maybe if I beg and throw myself down and have a flipped out tantrum I might be able to get some picture's of the giftee in it "C" I hope your listening, hee, hee! I am now working on one of the dolls from Knitted Babes and I am making progress on a couple of pairs of socks one pair is bil's and one for Peacock. All my knitting it seems have been gift's. My niece's received their gifts and they love them, bIg GRin! Ok, I have heard from two outta three, maybe I will hear from my namesake soon. I have some goodies already for my Back Tack 2 I have had so much fun putting her goodies together. But! I am just boggled some b.t.er's have already sent out their packages, wow! talk about being on the ball. I was aiming to get my package out by the third week of the month, sheese. I had a tote in mind but I have changed it, because the yarn I was using to make a small bag a'la make-up bag size just did not felt well. I was pretty disgusted by the fifth wash so I nixed that whole idea and I am back to the sewing machine. I came out with a idea that I hope pan's out. I have been using those Japanese craft book for inspiration and I just love them. If anyone has any Japanese craft books just laying around taking up space just send them my way I just loourve them!
I am silly and I love to laugh, I love cooking and I am self taught so I am always trying to improve and learn as much as I can. I believe chocolate or lemon bars are a cure all, I love to eat, I studied fashion, marketing and design, I love to go to thrift stores and find vintage cashmere sweaters to bring back to life to wear, I love my jeans and flip flops. I enjoy dressing up too... I love perfume. Blue is my favorite color and I adore my family.
Such a green way to go. This great so when you toss a fruit into your handbag or backback it protects it from getting bruised or poked by a pen or a knitting needle. It is a better way to go than a plastic baggie. I made mine from cotton so I can toss it in the wash. I have made so many they have been a hit with friends and family and such a pretty way to carry a healthy snack. Find the pattern at gonnapurl.blogspot.com
