Darling daughter needed baked goods for school fundraiser so I made cupcakes red velvet, mini cupcakes with extra hidden chocolate inside, mini angel food cakes dipped in chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, and just slices of angel food cake. I just had to taste absolutely everything you know to make sure the flavors were balanced and all, smile... I made these last thursday nite just got around to posting.

Those look delish! I can't believe that you're allowed to make baked goods for a fundraiser --- our schools stopped letting us bring in homemade treats years ago. (pout)
